New York Comic Con Returns! NYCC 2021 Recap

After two years due to the pandemic the mega pop culture event of the year, New York Comic Con has finally returned. This year NYCC came and went but it was just as awesome as ever! Although things were a bit different this year, with the safety precautions, restrictions, and a lot of companies and creators not making an appearance there was still a great presence, convention exclusives, and panels. This year actually felt more like the old days with fewer crowds, more of an actual comic book focus, more space and time to see everything.

New York Comic Con annually organized by ReedPOP, is the biggest pop culture entertainment convention on the East Coast. NYCC features comics, anime, video games, toys, television, and movies. I had the opportunity to focus on more creator interviews this year and had a great time covering artist alley (Scott Snyder, Greg Capullo, Edgardo Miranda – Rodriguez, Donny Cates, Nikolas Draper – Ivey, and more!!!)

Also check out some awesome cosplayers, artists to check out, and the hottest toys below!

LOST COS: The first cosplay narrative feature film!

This production will primarily be a collaborative effort between the entertainment industry and the cosplay community; however, this does not exclude various artists that will be joining this production such as stage performers, musicians, comic book artists and other creative talents.   The objective is to bring exposure and provide exciting opportunities to the cosplayers and all who are involved with the production of Lost Cos.   This will be a unique experience with so much more in-store for cosplayers especially.  We are in tight communication with the cosplay community to make sure our content is relatable and entertaining.  We will also offer a volunteer program as well for cosplay talents.  Incentives volunteers will be announced on the Lost Cos website ( www.lostcos.com ) and on social media.
