Doomsday is coming. After several teasers focused on individual characters and teams, Marvel Entertainment just dropped a full trailer for “Avengers: Doomsday,” showcasing multiple characters meeting (and clashing) for the first time, including our first look at Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom.
But you don’t want to read a long preamble talking about the trailer, you want to watch it. So here you go:
The trailer not only shows us our first glimpse of Doom as he faces off against Thor (Chris Hemsworth), whose narration describes him as a greater threat than any the Avengers have faced before, but it’s filled with glimpses at other characters and scenes to come.
We get the Fantastic Four meeting multiple characters, Gambit (Channing Tatum) fighting with Shang Chi (Simu Liu), Yelena (Florence Pugh) fighting the shape-shifting Mystique (Rebecca Romijn), Loki (Tom Hiddleston) with a TVA ID card in hand, and more.
And it leads to the return of Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), back from the past to help his friends and proving that he’s still worthy.
Along with the trailer, Marvel revealed a new poster, showcasing Doom as he stares upon a tapestry filled with potential foreshadowing:

“Avengers: Doomsday” hits theaters December 18th, 2026. Check out the trailer and keep an eye on G33k-HQ for more nerdy news!
